Venue Finding

Often the first hurdle when planning your event, I have a huge database of venues that is constantly updated with new locations, making it easy to find the ideal setting for your event.

Delegate Registration

If you have a current CMS system to register delegates I’ll work with that or help to create a bespoke registration system using one of my associate suppliers if required. Your event might need a very straightforward registration system whereas others need something more detailed to cover the different concurrent sessions, dinners, and so on. I’ll help you work out what’s best for your needs.

Speaker Management

If you have speakers travelling in for your event, I’ll liaise with them and make sure they’re well looked after, arranging all travel and accommodation as needed. I can also arrange group booking discounts with hotels local to the venue, and anything else such as itineraries and meals.

Incentives

If you’re looking for innovative ways to reward your staff or celebrate top sales achievements in your organisation, I can create a unique reward in line with your company branding, budget, and ideas in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Marketing

Need help promoting your event? I’ll coordinate my associate suppliers to create all the marketing materials you need to publicise your event, such as websites, leaflets, posters, and brochures. Together, we’ll ensure they’re aligned to your branding and have a clear message that gets your guest list filling up fast.

On the day services

Have you thought about who will be manning the registration desk and ensuring that delegates and speakers are where they need to be, at the correct times? This is where I can help with the smooth running of your event, from setting up registration to coordinating social activities such as gala dinners. If your event is large or complex, I’ll also bring in my assistants, and we’ll take care of everything behind the scenes so that you can concentrate on what you do best.
